The company has introduced the Vivo Y52s as its latest mid-range 5G phone. This new model features dual rear cameras and a water drop style display notch. The Vivo Y52S is powered by a MediaTek Dimensionality 720 SoC processor paired with 8GB of RAM. Other key features of the Vivo Y52 include 90Hz display refresh rate, side mounted fingerprint sensor and 18W fast charging. The new Vivo smartphone has been introduced in the Chinese market in three different color options.
Vivo Y52S: Price
The 6GB RAM variant of the Vivo Y52 is priced at CNY 1,598 (approximately Rs. 18,100) in China. The 8GB RAM option CNY of this smartphone is priced at Rs 1,798 (approximately Rs 20,300). As first reported by Plaflundroid, this smartphone is already available for pre-orders through China's JD.com. The Vivo Y52S comes in Monet, Coral Sea and Titanium Gray color options. The Vivo Y52S will go on sale in China from December 12. Details about the global launch of the Vivo Y52 are yet to be revealed.
Vivo Y52S: Features
The Vivo Y52S comes with dual nano SIM and runs on the Android FonTouch operating system. The 6.58-inch Full HD + (1,080x2,408 pixels) display comes with a 20.1: 9 aspect ratio. Paired with up to 8GB of RAM, the handset is powered by an Octacore MediaTek Dimensionality 720 processor. It has a dial pin camera setup that comes with a 48 megapixel primary sensor and a 2 megapixel depth sensor. The smartphone also has an 8-megapixel selfie camera sensor on the front.
Vivo 128GB onboard storage is provided as standard. Connectivity options on the Vivo Y52 include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth V5.1, GPS / A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors on board include an accelerometer, ambient light, magnetometer and proximity sensor. This handset comes with a side mounted fingerprint sensor. The Vivo Y52S comes with a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 18W dual engine fast charging. The Vivo Y52S weighs 185.5 grams.
