Tech media reports that the Redmi K30S will be launched soon. It is believed that the new model in the Redmi K series from Shawmi is cheaper than the previously released Redmi K30 Ultra. The company is preparing to launch the handset on Tuesday, October 27th. The new Redmi smartphone will be a renamed version of the Shawmi MI10T that arrived in India last week. So, it comes with triple rear cameras and a punch-hole display design.
According to the leaks so far, the only difference in the Redmi K30S is the Redmi branding behind it. As the technology blog PlayfulDroid discovered, the tipsters on Weibo posted the launch date details of the Redmi K30S. However, Shawmi has not yet given any official confirmation about the launch of the new handset.
Judging by past reports, the Redmi K30S is an upgrade to the Redmi K30 5G launched last year. The phone was recently tipped to be cheaper than the Redmi K30 Ultra, which arrived in August. Shawmi hints at the arrival of the Redmi K30S via a teaser posted earlier this week via Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing's Weibo account.
